I used to go to restorative yoga class about once every 6 months then the teacher moved away and I did not then attend any restorative classes at all. I have been attending Marvellous Marvin’s class on a Monday night at Heart for some time now and cannot speak highly enough about the experience . Marvin has a talent of ensuring everyone is very well cared for in the class and his anatomy knowledge is useful (as a teacher myself – I find it a useful reminder). Marvin also often weaves in some yoga philosophy into the class which I love.
